Hands the best unit I accept always washed in my entire degree. I think that it is incredibly insightful and whether you're just starting out in fitness or quite experienced there is and so much to get out of this unit. I accept been training for many years and would accept always considered myself knowledgeable, this unit gave me a whole new layer of understanding. I am constantly referring dorsum to the lectures in my heed when I am working out now. I truly have a new found respect for training and the physiological responses undergone by my body. I did this unit of measurement during the summer period of 2021-2022. I'd say it is an easy HD if you go through all the material and nourish all of the laboratories. The learning fabric is primarily mini-lectures. The laboratories are hands on but also really enjoyable. This degree had a profound touch on on me and I really think that anyone passionate about fettle or fifty-fifty interested in getting started would besides feel the aforementioned way. I could not recommend it enough. It is as well worth mentioning that the unit coordinator, Pete, is incredibly kind and supportive.

Don't exist fooled, this is not an easy subject field. Don't take this bailiwick unless y'all love and want to larn almost anatomy and other sports medicine stuff. Nat the coordinator has made this subject actually hard and test don't fifty-fifty need to talk total crap.

This is a very fun and easy broadening unit. You don't demand to exist sporty to do this; it's more than well-nigh being arctic about it. The lecture content was very easy, but did require paying attention to quite a bit. The pracs were fun. The exam was a very easy MCQ, so as long as you did some prior study, it'll be an piece of cake Hard disk. Overall, very easy and fun summertime unit of measurement.

Fun broadening unit with expert practicals that you can apply to everyday life. Would accept liked some more in depth information well-nigh nutrition. Exam was fairly piece of cake just is pretty harshly marked and so exist careful and brand sure you study hard.

Great summertime unit, lectures are like shooting fish in a barrel to keep up with and understand, gym sessions are fun and the tutors (learning facilitators) are very knowledgeable. Would recommend for anyone looking for a easy summer unit pass. Can ostend 40% assessment + attendance & Examination 60%

This was the best unit I've always done, I absolutely loved it! I was a bit hesitant initially as I'thou not very good at sport but it honestly doesn't thing, it's more than about having fun. Yous really must study for the exam though, don't become thinking it will be easy as I studied so much and idea I had everything down packed but there were heaps of tricky and specific questions and you really had to know your stuff.

Such a fun unit to study. The teaching staff are great. Running and resistance pracs are a lot of fun, and the emphasis is on participation and 'challenge by option' - I'm female person and haven't done resistance training before, but found it very welcoming and not at all intimidating. You don't become marked on performance in the labs, but they exercise assistance your understanding of the lecture content, which is more often than not quite easy. twoscore% of the assessment is super easy, but the concluding 60% is an exam and I found some of the questions a chip strangely worded/ difficult to know what exactly was beingness asked. But overall, a fun and easy unit. They as well actually encourage people to work in groups and make friends in the pracs/labs, making information technology a bully atmosphere to piece of work out in
