Ingredients

- 2 oz St-Germain
- 1 tbsp Simple Syrup
- ii oz Cucumber Vodka
- one/two Cup Muddled Cucumbers Slices
- 2 oz White Wine (Sauvignon Blanc with Grapefruit notes is my fave pick)
- Pocket-sized Watermelon Wedges to garnish
Note: You tin can skip the sugar in this recipe or swap it out for a artificial sweetener. It tastes great either way.
Instructions
In a large drinking glass or shaker, muddle the watermelon slices, cucumber quarters, and mint leaves together.
Add together white wine, St. Germain, Cucumber Vodka, and simple syrup to mixer. Fill the drinking glass or shaker with ice.
Stir the watermelon vodka cocktail and garnish with a watermelon wedge.
